Booking Policy & Car Rental Terms
1. Booking Process
a. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the company verifies vehicle availability and the required deposit or full payment is received.
b. Electronic Confirmation: Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing all booking details (vehicle category, dates, pick-up/drop-off locations, and total cost).
c. Vehicle Type: Bookings are made for a specific vehicle category (e.g., Group A, B) and not for a specific model. If the selected model is unavailable, the company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of the same or higher category at no extra charge.
2. Required Documents upon Pick-up
Upon collecting the vehicle, the main driver must present:
a. Valid Driving License: Issued at least 2 years prior. Non-EU citizens may be required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their national license.
b. Valid Government ID or Passport.
c. Credit/Debit Card: Must be in the main driver's name for the €500 security deposit, which is released upon the return of the vehicle.
3. Payment Terms
a. Deposit: To finalize the booking, a 30% deposit of the total cost or full payment is required, depending on the fare type.
b. Balance Payment: Any remaining balance is payable upon pick-up of the vehicle.
c. Accepted Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and cash (for the remaining balance only).
4. Cancellations and Modifications
4.1. Cancellation Policy

4.2 Modifications: Changes to dates or vehicle categories are subject to availability and require a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Price adjustments may apply based on current rental rates.
5. Security Deposit:
a. Purpose: Upon pick-up, an amount is pre-authorized on your card as a security deposit to cover potential damages not covered by insurance (e.g., tires, glass, undercarriage, breach of contract terms), traffic fines, or fuel shortages.
b. Deposit Amount: The security deposit amount for all vehicle categories is €500.
c. Release: The deposit is fully released within 2 business days after the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no pending charges or new damages.
6. Driver's Age Limits
a. Minimum Age: 21 years old, with at least 2 years of driving experience for categories A, B, and C.
b. Maximum Age: 75 years old.
7. Delayed Pick-up/Drop-off
a.Pick-up Delay: Please inform us immediately of any delays. The vehicle will be held for 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond this period, the booking will be canceled as a No-Show.
b. Drop-off Delay: A delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 60 minutes will result in a charge for an additional rental day.
